Our service is completely free for families seeking care. We are compensated by care providers when a successful match is made. This does not affect our recommendations, which are based solely on your stated needs and preferences.

4. AI-Powered Recommendations

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to match you with care providers. While we strive for accuracy, AI recommendations are not a substitute for professional medical advice. We encourage you to visit providers, consult healthcare professionals, and make informed decisions.

5. Veteran Benefits Information

Our VA benefits eligibility tool provides preliminary assessments only. We are not a VA-accredited claims agent. Actual eligibility is determined by the Department of Veterans Affairs. We partner with Veterans Service Organizations (VSOs) to facilitate the application process.

6. User Responsibilities

• Not misuse the platform or attempt to access unauthorized areas
